  I just had an amazing flow experience.

  I was captivated with Tiana’s flow and all the circuits she opened that I’ve never even seen before that I had to hoop! I did things I’ve never seen or even thought about trying. I worked with three different sizes and played with beat punctuation. I wish I had an inviting outdoor area to practice in because I almost broke my ceiling fan. I need to video tape my practice sessions. I love to hoop and I love how it opens my world to new emotions and creativity
